Shipping and Returns

Shipping


Most items are in stock and can be shipped next business day.
We ship mostly by USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, we will email your tracking number so you are always informed about your order. We reserve the right to select a preferred shipping carrier.


Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have up to 14 days from receiving your shipment to return the merchandise for a full refund minus the shipping charges, all shipping charges are non-refundable.


To be eligible for a return, your unused, unwashed return must include ALL product packaging, inserts and ALL tags still attached to the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
